• No member may show or provide materials to other members unless both members are on non-work time in non-work areas (Please consult your company’s solicitation policy to determine what constitutes “non-work time” and “non-work area”).
• Materials cannot be left in break rooms or other non-work areas.
• Materials cannot be posted on any store or union posting boards.
• Materials cannot be left on vehicles.
• Members wanting to distribute campaign materials must do so in accordance with their company’s solicitation policy.

Please consult your company’s solicitation policy or contact your first assistant for more information. Following these guidelines helps to ensure a fair and democratic election.
